Station Casinos hands $70 million in stock to nearly 10,000 workers on 50th anniversary

Station Casinos gave nearly 10,000 full- and part-time workers more than $70 million in Red Rock Resorts Class A stock on Sept. 9, 2026, in Las Vegas. Each team member employed as of that date gets $1,000 in stock for every year of service. The announcement came during a surprise ceremony at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, where Frank Fertitta III, Chairman and CEO of Red Rock Resorts, and Lorenzo Fertitta, Vice Chairman, addressed a ballroom of employees. "This award reflects those values and recognizes the people who have brought them to life every day for the past 50 years," Fertitta said.
Nearly 10,000 casino employees walk away with a direct ownership stake in Red Rock Resorts, with longer-tenured workers receiving proportionally larger awards based on their years of service.
