Homes England delivers 40,332 completed homes in 2025 to 2026
Homes England completed 40,332 new homes between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026, a 9% increase on the previous year. Work began on 42,433 new houses on site, up 11%. Of the total completions, 32,243 were affordable homes, representing 80% of all completions and a 14% rise on the previous year.
Affordable properties accounted for 80% of all completions delivered across the period.
