Tenby engineer walks 186 miles in ten days for Wales Air Ambulance

Lester completed the trek without a support vehicle. He carried his own food and camping gear along with the rest of his equipment. An injury made the challenge harder, but he was determined to finish. He said he had always wanted to walk the entire trail, which he described as "rugged coastline, relentless climbs, unpredictable Welsh weather, and breathtaking views." He added that there were "no shortcuts" on the walk, leaving only himself and "the path, and the determination to keep putting one foot in front of the other."
